1. Fruity Knitting
The Fruity Knitting Podcast is first in its class and it tops our list of knitting podcasts this year. The Fruity Knitting Podcast inspires us with in-depth interviews and exquisite projects.
The knitting world suffered a great loss this year when Andrew of the Fruity Knitting podcast passed away. Our hearts go out to Andrea and their daughter Madeleine.

2. The Gentle Knitter
The Gentle Knitter is just as Nicole describes it. Each episode begins with a lovely song sung by the host and then the viewer is swept away into a world of tranquil inspiration.
Nicole resides in Ottawa, Canada and she features the most beautiful projects. She promotes sustainable living (and knitting) and we are always left feeling refreshed after watching The Gentle Knitter.
3. Knitting Traditions
Knitting Traditions is another recommended podcast on our list of top knitting podcasts of 2021. Knitting Traditions host Inga resides in Norway and is a very talented fiber artist.
Inga includes some beautiful video footage of the surrounding nature and countryside.

4. Fiber Tales Podcast
The next entry on our list of popular knitting podcasts of 2021 is the Fiber Tales Podcast. Host Lærke resides in Denmark, and between the film production and her projects, each podcast episode is a feast for the eyes.

5. Grocery Girls Knit
The Grocery Girls is one of the most entertaining knitting podcasts out there. Watching a Grocery Girls episode feels like you’re spending an afternoon with friends.
Hosted by sisters Jodi and Tracie, you’re in for a little inspiration and some big laughs when you tune into the Grocery Girls knitting podcast.
6. I’ll Knit if I Want To – Andrea Mowry
An overnight success, the I’ll Knit if I Want To is a knitting podcast hosted by Andrea Mowry – a design rockstar within the knitting community!
Everyone who knits should tune into Andrea’s fabulous knitting podcast. She features her gorgeous designs, some tutorials and even the odd Knit-a-long!

7. Ollie & Bella Podcast
The Ollie & Bella podcast is the first knitting podcast on our list to make the 17+ Most Popular Crochet Podcasts of 2021 as well!
Sherrie of Ollie & Bella lives in the UK with her husband, 3 children and 2 cats. Her podcast is about all things crafty.
Sherrie loves to bake, read, journal, knit, crochet, and embroider. She is also a talented crochet designer and you can find her designs here on Ravelry.
8. Sit and Knit for a Bit with Arne & Carlos
If Andrea Mowry is a knitting rockstar, than Arne & Carlos are knitting legends! I still can’t believe that we get to tune into their channel for weekly knitting advice and inspiration!
Currently residing in Norway, Arne Nerjordet and Carlos Zachrisson are well known designers, fiber artists and authors.

9. Christie Archer Designs
Christie Archer is fairly new to the knitting podcast community, and we’ve welcomed her with open arms! Christie is the creative force behind Christie Archer Designs, an exquisite website that features elegant yarn colorways and delightful project bags.

10. Tiffany’s Yarn Corner
Tiffany is new to the podcasting community, but not to the fiber world. Tune in to her first, unedited episode where she talks WIPS and yarny goodness. There is even a very exciting Knitcrate reveal!

12. The Knitting Pickle Podcast with Penrose Knits
The Knitting Pickle is another fairly new addition to the world of knitting podcasts. The Knitting Pickled is hosted by lovely Laura of Penrose knits.
A mum of 2, Laura knits the most beautiful garments and provides great reviews of the yarns she’s used. Her colorwork made us want to cast on a fair isle sweater immediately and her Instagram feed is just gorgeous.

13. Another Knitting Podcast
Another Knitting Podcast is hosted by the delightful “Artisan Geek” who had us laughing within the first 2 minutes!
Seji is new the the knitting podcast world, but her channel is already full of incredible content that will entertain you for days.
Seji is also passionate about promoting diverse book and authors. You can support her unique work through Patreon and her website.
14. Little House in the Woods
Sherri is another new addition of the knitting podcast world. Despite being a knitter for 7 years she still considers herself a beginner and she does a fantastic job of encouraging new and could-be knitters to give knitting a try!
Sherri even features the coolest pattern for a knitted scrunchie and has posted a tutorial here. We all salute Sherri for having 4 children under the age of 5 and STILL finding time to knit!
15. Fleece & Harmony
Sisters Kim Doherty-Smith and Jennifer Doherty bring their podcast to us from a sheep farm and woollen mill on beautiful Prince Edward Island, Canada.
Is there anything more inspiring than a podcast that takes place in a yarn shop? The lovely Fleece & Harmony includes chatter about knitting, farm life, sheep as well as the odd crochet and felting project.

16. Little Drops of Wonderful
Little Drops of Wonderful is a knitting and crochet podcast produced by Ali who lives in Kent, UK with her husband and 2 daughters. Ali’s podcast is all about knitting, crochet and (according to Ali) some very “dodgy sewing”!

17. Hundred Acre Wool
The production quality of The Hundred Acre Wool podcast is exceptional. The video quality is among the best we’ve seen in the world of knitting podcasts, which makes for a very inspiring viewing experience.
The Hundred Acre Wool podcast is hosted by Bella who professes herself to be an avid knitter, seamstress, tea drinker, and nature lover. Her channel all about the fiber arts and sometimes other crafty things!

Alright, so I could have stopped there….but I wanted to leave you with three additional knitting podcasts that are near and dear to my heart.
18. Bakery Bears
One of our favorite knitting podcasts this year (well, of all time really) is The Bakery Bears. Hosted by Dan and Kay (a couple who reside in England with their daughter). The Bakery Bears podcast is always filled to the brim with knitting and crochet content, history walks and even baking and yarn dying tutorials.

19. A Homespun House
A Homespun House is hosted by Molly – an American residing in Germany with her husband and two daughters. Molly creates the most beautiful knitting and crochet projects, oftentimes with her own hand dyed yarn.

20. Voolenvine
If you’re into knitting, crochet or historical sewing, then this is the podcast for you! Hosted by Kristin Lehrer this weekly podcast is one of the most established on YouTube, boasting 382 episodes (and counting!).
Kristin is a yarn dyer by trade and her gorgeous colorways can be purchased here. Kristin also hosts great knit- (and make-) alongs via her Ravelry page.
